Major Clayton
Justice (Chief Deputy Sheriff)
Major Justice manages the Administrative
Division and serves as the second in command of the sheriff's
office. In the absence of the Sheriff, he assumes command
of the office.
He directly supervises the sheriff's secretary
staff and two Captains.
Major Justice is a lifelong resident of
Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. He started his law
enforcement career at the sheriff's office in 1994. He attended Harrisonburg H.S. and Liberty University.
