Women's Self Defense

Rockingham County Deputies conduct three 1 1/2 hour Women's Self Defense classes.  The classes are three consecutive days set up for basic and more advanced self-defense skills and the entire class is hands on.  The classes teach better personal awareness, defense against aggressive attackers, how to strike, punch and kick.  An instructor will wear a padded "Red Man Suit"  on the third day so that students can use the skills they have learned.
